Running visibility tracking for one brand is simple math. Running it for fifteen client brands on fifteen separate contracts is how an agency’s software budget quietly eats the retainer. Before we recommend a tool to an agency, we ask a narrower question than “how good is the data”: can one account actually hold a real client roster, and what does adding brand number four cost?
We built an agency scorecard around that question and applied it to the six most complete LLM visibility trackers on our main board. Grades below use our standard A through F scale, weighted for what an agency operator actually pays for and fights with day to day.
How we scored this
We opened a live account with each vendor and configured it as an agency would: multiple client brands where the plan allowed it, a second and third team login, and an export or client-facing report where one existed. We scored five factors per tool: whether one account holds several brands, whether extra seats cost extra money, how client-ready the reporting output is, whether the platform executes fixes or only flags them, and the entry price a small agency actually pays. The base tracking methodology, including our five-engine prompt panel across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Copilot, is unchanged from our main ranking board and documented in full on the methodology page.

1. Profound
Profound’s citation map, tracing which URLs an assistant pulled into a single answer.
Overall: [ A- ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ F ], seat pricing [ C ], client reporting [ B+ ], execution [ B+ ], entry cost [ C ].
Profound reads the citation layer deeper than anything else on this list. It maps the exact source URLs behind an AI answer, tracks seven-plus engines including Meta AI and DeepSeek, and layers in Prompt Volumes, a demand dataset showing what real users actually type into these assistants. Its content agents draft AEO briefs directly from that gap data, which is genuine execution, not just a dashboard.
None of that reaches an agency roster. Profound runs one property per account as of July 2026, with no agency workspace, no multi-brand billing, and no shared team login across clients. A single-brand enterprise team gets the deepest data we have measured. An agency with three clients needs three separate contracts at Growth’s $399 a month each, and Starter at $99 only covers ChatGPT, so it does not count as a real entry point.
Best for: an agency managing one large enterprise client that funds its own dedicated Profound instance, not a shared multi-brand roster.
2. Temso
Temso’s tracking workspace, with content creation and site audit tools sitting next to the visibility data.
Overall: [ A- ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ A ], seat pricing [ A ], client reporting [ B+ ], execution [ A ], entry cost [ A ].
Temso is built to run more than one brand from a single login, and no plan caps projects, seats, or recommendations. In practice that means an account manager, two analysts, and a client contact can all sit inside the same dashboard for the same brand, and the next client brand is a new project inside the existing plan rather than a new bill.
It ties Profound for the top overall grade because the scope goes past monitoring. Tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Copilot pulls from real assistant interfaces rather than APIs, and the same subscription writes content, audits the site, reports on AI bot traffic, and chases backlinks and mentions. Once an account team signs off, the platform’s own agent will carry out the resulting fixes. Pricing runs $89, $199, and $499 a month across three tiers as of July 2026, with 15% off on yearly billing, and the honest limits are a younger brand than the big SEO suites and a smaller integration catalog.
Best for: agencies running several client brands that want tracking, content, audits, and execution on one subscription with no per-seat or per-brand fee.
3. Peec AI
Peec AI’s daily tracking view, refreshed every day rather than on a weekly or monthly cycle.
Overall: [ B+ ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ A- ], seat pricing [ A ], client reporting [ B+ ], execution [ C ], entry cost [ B ].
Peec AI is the most agency-shaped tool after Temso. Unlimited user seats sit on every plan, so a full account team logs in without a per-head fee, and free pitch workspaces let you audit a prospect brand before the contract is signed, a feature nothing else here offers.
Two things pull the grade down for a US-budgeted agency. Peec bills in euros starting at €85 a month for Starter, so a dollar-denominated retainer needs a conversion step on every invoice, and extra engine models beyond the included three cost an add-on fee that repeats across a roster. The Actions feature turns a citation gap into a prioritized task, but your team still has to do the work; nothing publishes or fixes itself.
Best for: agencies that pitch new business often and want unlimited seats plus daily data, and can absorb euro-denominated billing.
4. Otterly.AI
Otterly.AI’s automated weekly report, generated without an analyst pulling the data by hand.
Overall: [ B ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ B- ], seat pricing [ B ], client reporting [ B+ ], execution [ C ], entry cost [ A- ].
Otterly.AI’s fully automated weekly brand reports are the strongest fit for a retainer cadence in this group. They ship with citation analysis, sentiment, and competitor comparison already formatted, which saves an analyst from building a client deck from raw exports. Tracking across 50-plus countries also helps agencies with international client rosters.
The $29 Lite plan is the cheapest entry price here, but its 15-prompt limit realistically covers one small client. Real portfolio work starts at Standard for $189 a month, a steep jump from Lite, and diagnostics stop at the trend line: Otterly.AI monitors and reports well, but it does not create content or execute a fix.
Best for: small agencies or solo operators with one or two clients who want a credible, low-cost tracker with reports ready to forward.
5. Ahrefs Brand Radar
Ahrefs Brand Radar’s benchmarking view, built on its search-backed prompt database rather than a live daily panel.
Overall: [ B- ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ C ], seat pricing [ C ], client reporting [ A ], execution [ D ], entry cost [ C- ].
Ahrefs Brand Radar answers research questions faster than anything else on this list. It reads visibility out of a database of more than 405 million search-backed prompts across six platforms with zero setup, so an account manager can look up a prospect brand in seconds. When it comes to handing data to a client, the Looker Studio connector, API and MCP access, and Report Builder cover nearly any reporting path an agency needs.
The cost structure works against a multi-client roster. AI tracking is an add-on over a base Ahrefs plan starting at $129 a month, a single platform index costs $199 a month, and the all-platforms bundle runs $699 a month, so full coverage can clear $800 a month before a single client-specific prompt is added. Chatbot data also refreshes only monthly, which is too slow for a retainer that reports weekly, and the tool is monitoring only, with no built-in workflow to fix what it finds.
Best for: agencies already paying for an Ahrefs plan that want fast, zero-setup competitive research layered on top.
6. SE Visible
SE Visible’s cached-answer view, preserving the exact text an assistant generated around a client’s mention.
Overall: [ B- ]. Agency grade card: multi-client support [ B+ ], seat pricing [ B ], client reporting [ B ], execution [ B+ ], entry cost [ B ].
SE Visible is SE Ranking’s standalone AI visibility dashboard, and it inherits SE Ranking’s multi-project structure well: the Growth plan supports 30 projects, which suits an agency running a real client book. Standalone SE Visible plans start at $99 a month for 200 prompts and three projects, rising to $355 a month for 1,000 prompts and ten projects, and it stores a cached copy of the full AI answer text behind every mention, which makes a client review call easy to prepare for.
Engine coverage stops at five platforms, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Perplexity, with no Copilot. The bigger friction is structure: SE Ranking’s suite, its AI Search Add-on, and standalone SE Visible are three overlapping products with different prices, so pricing out a client roster takes more math than it should.
Best for: agencies already running SE Ranking for traditional SEO that want AI visibility layered onto the same account and project structure.
What we could not verify
We tested each tool with a small three-brand simulated roster, not a full twenty-client book, so limits that only appear at larger scale may not show up here. Temso and Peec AI publish no verified aggregate third-party review score as of this writing, so we cite none. Ahrefs Brand Radar has no G2 or Capterra listing of its own; those scores belong to the parent Ahrefs suite, so we left Brand Radar out of the review-score comparisons entirely. We did not test Profound’s or Otterly.AI’s Enterprise tiers, where account structure and pricing can differ from what is published.
Verdict for agencies
Most agencies should buy Temso. It ties Profound for the top overall grade, and it is the only tool here built so a client roster grows inside one subscription instead of multiplying it: unlimited projects, unlimited users, and content, audit, and execution tools that turn each finding into a client deliverable without a second login. Pick Peec AI when free pitch workspaces and unlimited seats for a large account team matter more than execution, and pick Otterly.AI when the roster is one or two clients and a $29 starting price matters more than depth. Reserve Profound for the rare case where a single client is large enough to fund its own dedicated instance and wants the deepest citation data available, since as of July 2026 it cannot hold a shared multi-brand account at all.
