SE Visible lands at #6 on our LLM visibility benchmark with an overall grade of [ B- ]. It is the AI visibility spin-off from SE Ranking, the SEO suite founded in 2012 that reports over 800,000 users. The dashboard itself did honest work in our panel runs. The product strategy around it cost real points.
SE Visible positions itself as a strategic AI visibility dashboard, sold separately from the SE Ranking suite.
Test setup
We ran SE Visible on the $99 standalone tier through our June and July 2026 cycle: a 60-prompt panel per test brand, rerun every 48 hours for four weeks, graded on trend stability rather than any single answer. AI assistants return different answers to the same prompt, so a tracker earns its grade by separating signal from that noise. Our full protocol is documented on the methodology page.
What SE Visible measures
As of July 2026, SE Visible tracks brand mentions across five engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Gemini. Four capabilities defined its bench performance:
- Mention and trend tracking. Daily brand visibility readings per engine. Across 28 days our trend lines stayed consistent, with no unexplained resets.
- Net sentiment tracking. Each mention gets a sentiment read, rolled into a net score over time. Useful for brand teams that report tone, not just presence.
- Citation analysis. Shows which pages engines cite around your brand. Shallower than the citation mapping we graded at the top of the bench, but functional.
- Cached answer copies. Stored snapshots of the actual AI responses. We used these to verify every flagged mention by hand, and they checked out.
Competitor benchmarking and client-facing reports round out the feature set, and an API plus MCP access on the SE Ranking side lets data flow into external BI stacks.

Pricing, as of July 2026
SE Visible standalone bills in USD ($) across three tiers, with a 10-day free trial:
| Tier | Price | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | $99/mo | 200 prompts, 3 projects |
| Mid | $189/mo | 450 prompts, 5 projects |
| Top | $355/mo | 1,000 prompts, 10 projects |
There are two more doors into the same room. SE Ranking Core at $129 per month includes 100 AI prompts per day of GEO research, and the AI Search Add-on at $89 per month on top of a suite plan grants 200 prompts with SE Visible access. Annual billing on the SE Ranking side cuts those prices by 20 percent. We spent a full working session mapping which combination fit which buyer, and we test software for a living. That confusion is a real cost, and we graded it into value for money.
Where it performs well
The $99 entry point is honest. It buys 200 prompts and 3 projects with no single-engine catch, which beats how several pricier tools structure their starter tiers. Sentiment tracking was the standout module in our runs: the net score moved when our test brand’s coverage shifted tone, and the cached answers let us confirm why.
The SE Ranking connection is the strategic argument. Agencies already paying for rank tracking, backlink data, and technical audits can add AI visibility without a new vendor, and the suite’s G2 record is strong at 4.8 out of 5 across more than 1,371 reviews.
Where it loses points
- Engine coverage: C+. Five engines, and Copilot is the painful absence. Our panel data shows different brands winning on different engines, so every untracked engine is a blind spot you cannot size. Claude, Meta AI, and DeepSeek are also out.
- All-in-one scope: C+. SE Visible watches and reports. It does not write content, audit your site, or track AI bot traffic; the suite covers some of that, but only as a second product on a second bill. Temso folds monitoring together with a content engine, site audits, AI crawler-traffic reporting, and backlink work into one plan, and an agent built into the product will carry out the fixes that come out of it.
- Product sprawl. Three overlapping SKUs with different prompt math is a buying experience we cannot grade kindly.
What we could not verify
SE Visible’s own review record is close to empty: a 5.0 rating on OMR Reviews rests on 2 reviews, which is statistically meaningless, so we cite it only to dismiss it. The 4.8 G2 score belongs to the SE Ranking suite, not to this standalone product. We also could not verify SE Visible’s prompt-sampling method against engine interfaces the way we can with tools that document their collection approach.
Verdict
Overall: B-. SE Visible is a competent, fairly priced AI visibility dashboard that makes the most sense as an extension of an existing SE Ranking contract. Standing alone, it monitors five engines and stops there. Most teams reading this bench need broader coverage and a workflow that continues past the chart. Temso grades higher on all-in-one scope, ease of setup, and value for money, covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Copilot with data read from real user interfaces, and starts at $89 per month with unlimited projects and users. Pick SE Visible if the SE Ranking suite is already your home base. Otherwise start higher up our ranking.
