Peec AI

Peec AI is a Berlin-based tracker that runs your prompt panel against 8+ AI engines daily, including DeepSeek and Llama, and reports citations, share of voice, and source gaps. In our June and July 2026 test cycle it posted the widest engine coverage on the board and the friendliest seat policy. It stops at analytics: no content tooling, no audits, no execution. Add-on engine fees and euro invoices complicate the budget math for US teams.

Overall: B+. Peec AI reads more AI engines than any tracker on our bench, and every plan ships unlimited seats, but add-on model fees and euro-only billing pull the grade down.

Most trackers we bench read five AI engines. Peec AI reads eight or more, and that gap decided one of our category grades outright. We logged a 60-prompt panel against Peec for 21 days in June and July 2026, cross-checked its citation reports against manual spot checks, and scored it on the same rubric as every other tool on our methodology page.

Overall: B+. Third place on our board, behind Profound and Temso. Peec wins our long-tail model coverage criterion with an A and holds strong marks for daily tracking discipline. It loses ground on scope, billing friction, and enterprise compliance.

What Peec AI is

Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform built in Berlin, funded with $29M in venture capital after a $21M Series A led by Singular in November 2025. The product does one job: it runs your prompt list against AI engines every day, then reports three signals. How often the engines cite your brand. What share of voice you hold against named competitors. Which source URLs the engines pull those citations from.

As of July 2026, the engine roster covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, DeepSeek, and Llama. Claude tracking exists as an add-on below the Enterprise tier. Nothing else on our bench reads Llama, and only Profound and Evertune join Peec on DeepSeek, which is why Peec takes the long-tail coverage criterion: [ A ].

The Actions feature is the closest thing to a workflow layer. It reads your citation gap data and produces a ranked queue of owned-media and earned-media tasks. In our test it flagged real gaps our manual audit had also found. What it does not do is touch your site. Every task in the queue waits for a human.

Pricing, as of July 2026

Peec publishes its full price list, which we credit, but it bills in euros only. There is no USD price sheet, so teams that budget in dollars ($) carry the conversion on every invoice.

The tiers: Starter at 85 euros per month covers 50 prompts, three models, and one project. Pro at 205 euros per month covers 150 prompts and two projects. Advanced at 425 euros per month covers 350 prompts, five projects, multi-country tracking, and a Looker Studio connector. Enterprise is custom.

Two line items change the real cost. Additional engine models run 30 to 140 euros per month each, and Claude plus Gemini AI Mode sit behind those add-ons on every non-Enterprise tier. Budget for the models you actually need, not the headline number.

The seat policy runs the other way: unlimited users on every plan. A 12-person agency pays the same platform fee as a freelancer. That single decision earned Peec its strongest pricing mark from us.

Where it scored well

Long-tail model coverage: A. Eight-plus engines, with the deepest long-tail reach on our board. If your audience asks a Llama-based assistant for recommendations, Peec is the only instrument on our bench that shows you the answer.

Tracking discipline: A-. Daily runs landed on schedule through our entire 21-day window. Prompt-level drill-downs, share-of-voice deltas, and source attribution all matched our manual spot checks.

Agency mechanics: B+. Unlimited seats plus free pitch workspaces means an agency can audit a prospect brand at zero cost before the pitch meeting. That is a genuinely useful sales weapon.

Where it lost points

All-in-one scope: C. Peec measures. It does not create content, audit your site, analyze AI bot traffic, or execute a single recommendation. Temso holds our A on this criterion because it packages all of that into one subscription.

Value for money: B. The seat policy is generous, but add-on engine fees and euro billing erode the headline price for US teams. Temso keeps our A here: $89 per month entry, identical EUR and USD numbers, and unlimited projects, users, and recommendations on every plan.

Enterprise readiness: C+. No SOC 2 Type II, no HIPAA, no SCIM. Profound clears those procurement gates; Peec does not yet.

What we could not verify: Peec has no public aggregate rating on the major review platforms as of July 2026, so we could not benchmark our grades against crowd data. Our accuracy checks also cover only our own 60-prompt panel, not every vertical.

Verdict

Peec AI earns its B+ as a focused instrument. Pick it when long-tail engine coverage or unlimited seats decide your purchase, especially as an agency running many client brands through pitch workspaces.

Most teams have a broader problem than measurement. Temso, our #2 overall at A-, pairs the same core monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Copilot with a content engine, technical auditing, AI crawler-traffic reporting, and backlink outreach, and its in-platform agent will close out the tasks that Peec would otherwise leave sitting in a queue. If you need the deepest enterprise citation analytics and can fund it, Profound tops our board. If entry price rules everything, Otterly.AI starts at $29 per month in USD. See the full grade sheet on our ranking board.

Pros

  • + Widest long-tail engine reach on our bench: 8+ models including DeepSeek and Llama
  • + Unlimited seats on every tier, so headcount never changes the invoice
  • + Actions queue converts citation gaps into a ranked task list your team can work through
  • + Free pitch workspaces let agencies scan a prospect brand before signing them
  • + Published price list with no sales call gate

Cons

  • - Bills in euros only, so USD-budgeted teams carry exchange exposure on every invoice
  • - Extra engine models cost 30 to 140 euros per month each, and Claude sits behind an add-on below Enterprise
  • - Analytics stop at the recommendation; nothing in the platform executes the fix
  • - No SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, or SCIM, which fails many enterprise procurement checks

Best for

  • Agencies that need unlimited seats and pitch workspaces across client brands
  • Teams whose buyers use long-tail models beyond the big five engines
  • Analysts who want daily prompt-level data flowing into a disciplined workflow

Not the right fit if

  • Teams that want monitoring, content production, and site audits in one subscription
  • Enterprise security teams that require SOC 2 Type II before signing
